Mathews Buildings was established after Fred Mathews used his profits from Mathews Construction Company to purchase buildings. It went from a small construction team with a few buildings, to a large real estate portfolio including commercial spaces in both Chicago and Florida. We have scaled back on the number of buildings, but not our services. We provide everything from Leasing and Property Management to Renovations. Our goal is to provide the best apartments in the area to our tenants, making them want to stay with us for years. We know your apartment is your own private space in this large world we live in. We want to ensure you enjoy it and are able to come home to relax, de-stress, heal and entertain family and friends.

Mathews Buildings was founded in 1978 by Fred & Barb Mathews. They have established and led Mathews Buildings to becoming some of the best apartments in Chicago's Wrigleyville and surrounding neighborhoods. Fred & Barb were both born and raised here in Chicagoland area. Fred started his career in the construction industry

Mathews Buildings was founded in 1978 by Fred & Barb Mathews. They have established and led Mathews Buildings to becoming some of the best apartments in Chicago's Wrigleyville and surrounding neighborhoods. Fred & Barb were both born and raised here in Chicagoland area. Fred started his career in the construction industry and later established his own business, Mathews Construction Company. He then used his profits to buy buildings all over the Chicagoland area as well as Florida. Barb has been managing Mathews Buildings since 1986 and has impressed many as a forward thinker and excellent communicator.
Fred & Barb have been able to provide some of the best, well kept apartments in the area due to their unique background. They consistently continue to improve their buildings in order to provide beautiful apartments to their tenants.
